Stay 'On track' Consultation

Service Description

This option is for you if we have already had a 'Deep dive' consultation less than 3 months ago. Pick a date and time and we will meet online again via ZOOM. I will send you a link before our meeting. I usually recommend to follow up three weeks after your first deep dive consultation. At this stage, it is important for us to evaluate and assess what is working, make modifications or look at completely different angles if you are not improving. The timing of future follow up appointments depends on your individual needs and the nature of your condition. With most chronic illnesses, I would expect to consult with you at least three times in the first year we start working together. Thereafter an annual check up is necessary and helpful to stay 'On track'.
