Michelle Nocom will guide you through an art therapy experience that deepens self-awareness and helps you tune into and navigate both your emotional and physical well-being.

Michelle is a seasoned coach and human resources development consultant with extensive experience in transforming organizations and developing exceptional talent. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, she is passionate about fostering self-awareness, unlocking personal strengths, and guiding others on a transformative journey of discovering their life purpose.

Susana González will present a workshop on confident style and natural beauty, blending fashion with mindful self-care and face yoga.
Susana is an experienced Personal Brand and Image Consultant with certifications from prestigious schools in Madrid, Hamburg, London, and Milan, as well as a B.A. in Marketing. She founded her agency, mYmage, where she helps clients align their inner essence with their fashion choices, fostering confidence and authenticity in personal and corporate branding.

Euying Chong will lead a restorative yoga session designed to give your immune system a boost through lymphatic circulation and detox.

Euying has been practicing yoga since her early adult years and is a 300 hr-certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She teaches in Eindhoven and Geldrop and regularly leads various yoga workshops where she shares her knowledge about yoga philosophy and its practices and how these can be applied to our daily lives so that one may discover one’s true authentic self. Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the Self.

Nicole Cullinan will present a workshop on cultivating hormonal balance through nutrition and the value of plant foods.

This is an inspiring one-day Autumn retreat for women, crafted to help you embrace change, let go and reconnect with your authentic self, reveal your inner strength and nurture your confidence. Experience balance and empowerment from the inside out.
Morning Session: Invitation to release all that no longer serves you
Arrival & Opening Circle
Start our retreat with a warm welcome, where you'll meet like-minded women, share your intentions for the day, and experience the joy of connecting in a safe, supportive space.
Over a nourishing herbal tea, our facilitators will guide you through an intention-setting circle to help you align with your personal growth for the day ahead.​​​

Immune Booster Yoga - Euying Chong
Begin your retreat journey with a restorative yoga session designed to give your immune system a boost through lymphatic circulation and detox. You will be led through simple gentle movements and breathing exercises before settling into various restorative yoga postures for several minutes. After a guided end relaxation, session concludes with a brief meditation practice. This yoga practice aligns with the fall theme of release, liberation and transformation.
The session is carefully curated for all levels - beginners to seasoned practitioners. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat, a large blanket to keep warm, and several cushions for support.​

Mid-Morning: Nourishing Your Body & Mind

Cultivating Hormonal balance with Nutrition & the value of Plant foods - Nicole Cullinan
Women are complex because of their cyclical nature. Our ability to change and transform, much like the trees in autumn, can be a gift and a superpower when we know how to nurture it.
In this workshop, Nicole will give an interactive presentation firstly covering hormones in general and your menstrual cycle so you are informed as to how your body works and how your hormones drive you. Followed by her holistic approach to hormone balancing (for all ages and stages) with practical tips for creating health with plant foods. Learn which foods and nutritional supplements will help you to detoxify naturally, reduce inflammation and swelling and live with more ease and flow.

Delicious & Nourishing Lunch
A delightful seasonal lunch will be served, with an emphasis on vibrant, colourful whole foods that nourish your body and soul. As you enjoy your meal, you'll have the chance to connect with fellow participants and share experiences, ideas, and insights from the morning sessions.
