Join us for a sacred day away, designed exclusively for women who are ready to pause, replenish, rebalance their energy, and return to the world renewed.

Inside out retreat is hosted by four passionate international experts
- Michelle, Susana, Nicole, and Euying -
in a beautiful natural environment just outside Eindhoven

Pricing:

SINGLE Early bird 130euro until midnight on 1 May, thereafter the full price of 150euro is applicable

DUO Early bird 240euro until midnight on 1 May, thereafter the full price of 280euro is applicable. Please book, register and pay together.

Returning participants are welcome as the program and workshop offerings are tailored to the season and, as much as possible, to the needs of the group.

Michelle Nocom

Michelle Nocom will facilitate Mold and Mend a guided tactile session - shaping, molding, and transforming clay.

Michelle is a seasoned coach and human resources development consultant with extensive experience in transforming organizations and developing exceptional talent. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, she is passionate about fostering self-awareness, unlocking personal strengths, and guiding others on a transformative journey of discovering their life purpose.

Susana González will present a workshop all about exploring how your personal style connects with your inner energy.

 

Susana is an experienced Personal Brand and Image Consultant with certifications from prestigious schools in Madrid, Hamburg, London, and Milan, as well as a B.A. in Marketing. She founded her agency, mYmage, where she helps clients align their inner essence with their fashion choices, fostering confidence and authenticity in personal and corporate branding.

Euying  Chong

Euying Chong will facilitate a Group yoga session to help you to find equilibrium through the support and energy of anothers.

​

Euying has been practicing yoga since her early adult years and is a 300 hr-certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She teaches in Eindhoven and Geldrop and regularly leads various yoga workshops where she shares her knowledge about yoga philosophy and its practices and how these can be applied to our daily lives so that one may discover one’s true authentic self. Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the Self.

Nicole Cullinan will present an interactive meal prep demonstration on how to create delicious nourishing meals using seasonal ingredients to balance your blood sugar, feed your hormones and sustain your energy.

 

Nicole is an internationally published bestselling author, homeopath, functional medicine practitioner and the creator of Wellness Place International which bridges the paradigm gap between energy medicine, earth based wisdom and conventional science to provide education and personalized health solutions to health seekers of all ages suffering with a range of chronic health conditions.

Morning Session:

Arrival & Opening Circle

 

Start our retreat with a warm welcome, where you'll meet like-minded women, share your intentions for the day, and experience the joy of connecting in a safe, supportive space.

 

Over a nourishing herbal tea, our facilitators will guide you through an intention-setting circle to help you align with your personal growth for the day ahead.​​​

GROUP Yoga - Euying Chong
​

We often associate yoga as a solo journey but actually you’re never alone. In this session, you’ll literally and figuratively experience a collective energy of women supporting women, balancing and uplifting each other. 

Euying will guide you through a simple breathwork, a series of common yoga poses, accessible also to absolute beginners, where you’ll be moving together in sync, in understanding, and in laughter. Session ends with a group loving kindness meditation.

This practice is an invitation to:

  • Ground your individual spirit.

  • Rise through shared strength.

  • Align your breath and movement with another

​

Experience the profound silence of a synchronized heartbeat and the empowering lift of mutual support - women supporting women. Come as you are and discover the powerful equilibrium play that can exist between us, and finish feeling more grounded, connected, and better in tune with yourself and with them.

Mid-Morning:​

Balance your energy with Nutrition and routine - Nicole Cullinan

Balance is not random, it can be created and sustained by your mindset, the food you eat and your daily habits.

​

Nicole will present a fun and interactive meal prep demonstration on how to create nutritious meals to balance your blood sugar, lose weight, think clearly, sleep deeply and sustain your daily energy. She will walk you through the ideal routine informed by the rhythms of nature and suited to women​ including timing of meals and feeding windows. She will share sustainable principles and show you how to build complete meals and snacks. Nutrition and selfcare that is practical and empowering!

Delicious & Nourishing Lunch

 

A delightful seasonal lunch will be served, with an emphasis on vibrant, colourful whole foods that nourish your body and soul. As you enjoy your meal, you'll have the chance to connect with fellow participants and share experiences, ideas, and insights from the morning sessions.

Through guided tactile engagement—shaping, molding, and transforming clay—participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and explore inner experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Michelle will gently guide participants through a process that blends creative expression with reflective conversation, creating space for personal insight, resilience, and meaningful connection. The focus is on exploration and self-discovery rather than artistic skill, welcoming all women to experience healing, nurture their wellbeing, and reconnect with a renewed sense of balance.

Embracing Your Unique Style and Natural BeautySusana González

This one-hour workshop is all about exploring how your personal style connects with your inner energy. Together we’ll explore colors, wardrobe choices, and forms of self-expression that align with the way you want to feel, helping you bring your authentic energy to life. Through interactive and reflective exercises, you’ll gain practical tips to dress in a way that boosts confidence, uplifts your mood, and creates harmony between your inner and outer self. Leave feeling radiant, empowered, and truly aligned.

Closing Circle & Reflection

 

As the retreat draws to a close, we’ll gather for a final reflection circle. Share your key takeaways from the day, express your gratitude, and set intentions for how you’ll carry this empowerment into your life. You'll leave with a renewed sense of self, a clearer vision for your future, and the tools to continue your journey of self-love and authenticity.
