'Deep dive' Consultation

Service Description

This option is for you if you are ready to work together. Pick a date and time and we will meet online via ZOOM. I will send you a link before our meeting. Expect to dive deep with this initial or follow up consultation! For new patients, I will send you an in depth case history form which in cludes a 3 day diet diary, to please fill in prior to our appointment. Please give yourself enough time to complete it and return your completed form to me at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. This allows me to completely focus on you and the way forward. We will explore your entire medical history and I will extract the most pertinent disease threads that are playing the leading roles. I will make recommendations for further testing, prescribe appropriate supplements and design a bespoke lifestyle and nutritional programme that suits your individual needs. You will recieve an email summary from me within 24 hours of your appointment. Remember to have a pen and paper handy so that you can take notes.
